Senior Account Growth Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Growth Manager to join a global market leader, offering world-class training defined progression and a collaborative, supportive, and motivational culture.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days spent at our impressive EMEA HQ, enjoying subsidised canteen facilities and a dynamic working environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of 40-50 existing accounts (80% of time).
- Focus on prospecting and new business development, with a target of achieving full quota-carrying revenue growth (20% of time).
A competitive starting package of £30-£35k base salary, plus uncapped commission opportunities, is on offer. Fast-track progression is also available, driven by the company's high-growth trajectory and commitment to Investors in People.
