About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Project Solutions team at Randstad UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our proposition to create lasting revenue streams.
- Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, build rapport, set agendas, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients, both online and face-to-face.
- Manage client expectations, support delivery, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets and contribute to the growth of Randstad UK.
