About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive at Randstad UK, you will operate in a 360-degree sales role, giving you full sales cycle responsibility—from lead generation (with support of an SDR) to closing deals and managing accounts. You'll work with a wide range of clients, from small to medium-sized enterprises to large corporations across all B2B sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
  • Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments.
  • Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations.
