Business Development Executive

Are you a results-driven sales professional looking to drive commercial growth for our clients?

As a Business Development Executive at Randstad UK, you will operate in a 360-degree sales role, responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts. You'll work with a diverse range of clients across various B2B sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams

* Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly

* Be responsive and flexible to changing business needs in a fast-paced, high-growth company

* Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments

* Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face

* Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations
