Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our team in Peterborough. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a magical experience for our customers, leading and developing your team, and driving sales growth.
About the Role
As a Concession Store Manager, you will be the face of Mamas & Papas in Peterborough, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the store's operations, and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team of 8 concession staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the concession team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage the store's operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the wider Mamas & Papas team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
