Concession Store Manager Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Store Manager to lead our team in Peterborough. As a Concession Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging store environment, driving sales growth, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of 8 concession store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the concession team to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of the concession store business plan and budget
