Concession Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our team in Peterborough. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a magical experience for our customers, driving sales growth, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of 8 to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the concession team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
