We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concessions Store Manager to lead our team in Peterborough. As a Concessions Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a magical experience for our customers, driving sales growth, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing retail business, with a focus on customer experience and team development. As a Concessions Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of 8 to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the concession store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Driving sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborating with the wider Mamas & Papas team to achieve business objectives.
