Job Opportunity: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies, including visual merchandising, stock management, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve store performance, including process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a retail manager or leader, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
