Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at Peterborough Hospital. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive work environment that fosters employee development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Create a culture of learning, support, and recognition, identifying opportunities for employee development and growth.

Requirements

  • Current experience as a Store Manager or equivalent in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in managing employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Head Office and regional stakeholders.
