Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a concession or store operations environment.
