Care and Support Team Lead

Aspris Children's Services is a small and nurturing home in Wisbech that cares for four young people between the ages of 8-18 with emotional and behavioral needs. Our young people are supported at the home and in the community, and we encourage them to undertake various activities and hobbies to increase their confidence and sense of belonging.
Our ApproachWe have a lovely home that supports independence and self-care skills, enabling our young people to be independent in the future. We are currently rated as Good with Ofsted but aim to improve on this further.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
- Ability to demonstrate the values needed for a role, transferable skills, and life experience
- Willingness to study towards the Level 5 Diploma
