Lead Care Worker

About the Position

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working with vulnerable young people and a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Tasks
  • Leading and mentoring a small team of staff members
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with other professionals to achieve best outcomes

Remuneration: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive induction, ongoing training, pension scheme, paid DBS checks, and wellbeing support.
