Job Summary:
The Medical Support Coordinator at ACES is responsible for providing high-quality support to our team of ophthalmic specialists. This includes coordinating patient flow, preparing patients for surgery, and assisting surgeons during procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
As a Medical Support Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate patient flow to ensure seamless transitions throughout the treatment process.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by conducting pre-operative tests and instructing them on post-procedure eye care.
  • Assist surgeons during consent appointments and procedures, acting as a scrub assistant and taking notes as required.
