Job Description:
The Healthcare Support Specialist at ACES will play a pivotal role in supporting our team of ophthalmic specialists. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating patient flow to minimize waiting times and ensure seamless transitions throughout the treatment process.
  • Preparing patients for surgery by conducting pre-operative tests and instructing them on post-procedure eye care.
  • Assisting surgeons during consent appointments and procedures, acting as a scrub assistant and taking notes as required.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in an optical or healthcare environment, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to absorb and convey highly technical information.
