The Cambian Group is seeking a Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care and services to children and young people.

You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our residential homes, ensuring that all aspects of care and support meet the needs of our residents.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,793.60 - £26,083 per annum, plus £2,800 - £3,600 sleep-in payments, as well as 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the day-to-day operations of our residential homes, ensuring that all aspects of care and support meet the needs of our residents.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and strategies.
  • To work closely with residential support workers to deliver person-centered plans and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
  • Essential driving skills due to the location of the homes.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
