About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at our children's home in Wisbech. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and caring for our young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the effective implementation of care and independence programs for our young people.
  • Line managing a small staff team.
  • Managing shift patterns on a rota basis.

You will need to have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and be willing to study towards the Level 5 Diploma. Experience is essential, as well as resilience, communication, organisation, caring, and attentive skills.
