Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Manager to join our support team at our children's home in Wisbech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the care team, promoting a culture of excellence, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include leading by example, promoting a positive image of the organization, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding results. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting incidents, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of child care policies, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with residents and their families.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and access to employee discounts and perks.

Salary: £38,000 per annum.
