Job Title: Senior Quality Lead

£58,000-£68,000 per annum

The Sterling Choice is a fast-growing dynamic business that values its people. As the Senior Quality Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Technical & Quality function, bringing best-in-class standards and leadership to the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the site meets all legal, customer, BRC, and industry guidelines.
  • Drive QA teams to achieve technical and quality excellence.
  • Own the site's Quality Management and HACCP systems.
  • Lead BRC and customer audits, managing follow-ups with precision.
  • Keep the business up to date with legislative changes and industry best practices.
  • Manage, support, and develop the QA team.
  • Monitor and improve metrics like complaints, shelf life, and pest control.
  • Collaborate on new product development, ensuring technical responsibilities are met.
Requirements
  • HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 3, and a full driving license.
  • Background in fresh produce, prepared/chilled foods, or agriculture/horticulture.
  • Knowledge of BRC and customer standards.
  • Strong understanding of Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
