Senior Kitchen Manager Role

We are looking for a Senior Kitchen Manager to join our team and oversee the preparation and service of high-quality food in our kitchens. As a Senior Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, reorder supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food meets our high standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have experience managing a team, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
