Lead Maintenance Expert

About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians, conducting PPMs and reactive maintenance, attending breakdowns, and participating in H&S protocols. Your experience in high-speed processing machinery and hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and electrical fault finding will be valuable assets to the business.

Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a team of 2-3 maintenance technicians, conducting PPMs and reactive maintenance, attending breakdowns, participating in H&S protocols, getting involved in ongoing site projects and continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Requirements:
Apprenticeship qualified or equivalent, proven track record as a Senior / Lead Engineer in a manufacturing environment, experience with high-speed processing machinery, and skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, electrical fault finding, and control panels. Flexible and open to working weekends when required. Electrically biased is desirable. PLC fault finding and welding & fabrication skills are advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £45-47k, day shift pattern, company pension, employment sponsorship, on-site parking, and time off in lieu.
