Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team at APEX APPOINT.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electrical maintenance and a proven track record of ensuring peak performance in production environments.

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, driving efficiency and safety improvements across operations, and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About the Role
  • Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • Location: Wisbech ( flexible working arrangements available)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  1. Breakdown Assistance: Respond promptly to technical queries and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Develop and lead projects that drive efficiency, safety, and quality across operations.
  3. Mentoring: Share your expertise and best practices with colleagues to support their growth and development.
  4. CMMS Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure smooth and safe operations.
