Manufacturing at Nestle is about ensuring quality products are delivered on time and efficiently, minimizing losses to maximize productivity.

Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Methods Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products. You will lead the factory team through preventative maintenance methodologies, driving continuous improvement using Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) foundations and Total Performance Management (TPM).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement through NCE foundations and TPM
  • Maintain quality standards within maintenance activities
  • Analyze and prioritize losses to drive loss reduction
  • Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Proven safety management skills
  • Flexibility and strong customer service orientation
  • Technical analysis and problem-solving skills

Benefits and Compensation:

Nestle offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
