Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Methods Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products. You will lead the factory team through preventative maintenance methodologies, driving continuous improvement using Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) foundations and Total Performance Management (TPM).
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement through NCE foundations and TPM
- Maintain quality standards within maintenance activities
- Analyze and prioritize losses to drive loss reduction
- Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Proven safety management skills
- Flexibility and strong customer service orientation
- Technical analysis and problem-solving skills

Nestle offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
