Maintenance and Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our expanding logistics site in Wisbech.

As the key member of the engineering and maintenance team, you will have a varied role working on planned maintenance schedules and responding to critical breakdowns. Your technical knowledge and experience will support the team in minimizing downtime.

You will work closely with the Operations and Engineering manager, contributing to performance reviews of the automation & engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure routine maintenance is carried out on time to the required standard.
  2. Analyze machine downtime trends.
  3. Manage service and repair of equipment on site while adhering to Health & Safety Guidelines.
  4. Support installation and factory testing of automation projects.
  5. Deliver projects to standard/schedule/budget.
  6. Travel to supplier sites for meetings, testing or commissioning support.
  7. Provide technical assistance to the engineering team.
  8. Attend weekly meetings with project teams.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  10. Prepare weekly job analysis and project update reports.

The estimated salary for this position is £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience.
