A skilled Maintenance Operative is required to maintain the domestic property and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include carrying out repairs & maintenance, conducting regular audits, and addressing works from contractors.

You will work closely with the Regional Facilities Manager on larger projects and manage your workload effectively.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per year and 33 days holiday.
