We are seeking a skilled Support Services Coordinator to join our team in Friday Bridge, Town.

This role involves working 21 hours per week, coordinating support services for clients with varying needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating support services for clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any relevant concerns.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
