About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Knowles Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective customer service levels through efficient execution and communication of customer requirements to transport teams.
  • Provide strong planning and administration of systems, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure accurate records of customer deliveries, discrepancies, comments, and queries.
  • Maintain standards of Health & Safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
  • Lead by example, motivating and inspiring teamwork within the workplace.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment.
  • Strong PC-based knowledge, including Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and transport IT.
  • Excellent written, numeracy, and data entry skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, responding to enquiries via phone and email for internal and external contacts.
  • Punctual, reliable, flexible, and adaptable approach to work.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to work on own initiative.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
