We are seeking a Dining Experience Coordinator to join our team as a part-time Assistant Catering Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective service delivery and team management.

You will work closely with the manager to develop and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between team members and manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Motivate the team to stay focused and on task, promoting a positive brand image.
  • Assist with managing inventory levels, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Process payments efficiently and manage till operations.
  • Support and train teams to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Previous experience managing teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual always looking to upskill and take on new challenges.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
