Job Summary

Grafham Water Center is seeking a motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of disabled children and young people, their families, and carers.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating community outreach activities, developing partnerships, and promoting our services to hard-to-reach groups.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will have experience of working in community outreach or a similar field, possessing a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery of outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking progress and evaluating outcomes.
