We are looking for a skilled Welfare Unit Refurbishment Specialist to join our clients team based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading supplier of welfare units across the north west, who are expanding their operations and seeking to appoint another specialist to their team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stripping used welfare units of external components and identifying repairs required
  • Performing minor internal joinery tasks, such as kitchen fitting
  • Maintenance of minor welding capabilities

Once refurbishment work is completed, you will hand over the unit to an engineer who will install electrical and mechanical components.

This role offers flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in refurbishing welfare units or similar structures
  • Basic knowledge of minor welding techniques

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with:
