School Welfare Support Specialist
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and caring School Welfare Support Specialist to join our team in a thriving and affluent school in Finchley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support for pupils' health and welfare needs
- Administering first aid and managing medical requirements
- Collaborating with staff to maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Offering emotional and practical support to students when needed
Requirements:
- First Aid training (essential)
- Previous experience in a welfare or first-aid role (school experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, proactive, and caring approach
About the Role:
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful applicant will work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with a pay rate of £100 - £150 per day, depending on experience.
