Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our out-patient pharmacy services in the provision of immunosuppressant and disease modifying drugs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and working collaboratively with specialist teams to develop clinical pharmacy services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading a team in the provision of out-patient pharmacy services.
  • Collaborating with specialist teams to develop clinical pharmacy services.
  • Facilitating training and mentoring of permanent and rotating staff.
  • Supporting the development of patient-centered consultations.

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice or equivalent.
  • Advanced pharmaceutical knowledge of immunosuppressant and disease modifying drug therapy.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a large multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible, and committed to continuous professional development.
