Job Title: GP Pharmacist - Clinical Leadership

We are seeking an experienced GP Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Leader. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and a passion for leadership.

About the Role

The GP Pharmacist will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide clinical leadership and expertise in medication management. The role will involve:

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to practice staff
  • Leading and developing multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Providing expert advice on medication management and optimization
