About the Role

We are seeking an experienced GP Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, integrating clinical pharmacy skills into general practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy leadership, taking ownership of medication reviews, chronic disease management, and quality improvement initiatives. They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient services and contribute to the development of our pharmacists.

This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team of pharmacists. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist looking to take on a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy leadership and guidance to the team
  • Develop and implement medication review programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Work closely with the GP team to optimize medication use and reduce waste
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and develop new services
  • Lead and develop a team of pharmacists to achieve clinical and operational goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience with at least 2 years in General Practice
  • Certificate in Non-Medical Prescribing
  • Experience of using prescribing qualification in General Practice
  • Evidence of further education in clinical pharmacy
