IT Asset Disposal Business Growth Manager

Mission Statement

As an IT Asset Disposal Business Growth Manager, your primary goal is to discover new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will work closely with clients to comprehend their disposal needs and provide tailored, bespoke solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate New Business Revenue - Aim to deliver £95,000 in new business revenue annually.
  2. Proactive Outreach - Engage in proactive calling with new business prospects, recording results in our CRM system.
  3. Utilize Internal Tools - Effectively use our internal tools to communicate with decision-makers within client accounts.
  4. Develop Multiple Touchpoints - Establish multiple channels of communication with clients, including phone, email, and Teams.
  5. Receive New Business Asset Lists - Receive ten new business asset lists per month.
  6. Qualify Leads - Utilize our CRM system to qualify leads and schedule callbacks to drive asset lists through our Re-certify process.
  7. Reconnect with Clients - Strategically use internal business tools to maintain contact with clients until asset lists are received.
  8. Find Referrals - Identify referrals within client accounts and sell top-down whenever possible.
  9. Book Collections - Schedule six new business collections per month.
  10. Understand Client Needs - Position Re-certify to maximize value by understanding client needs and requirements.
  11. Coordinate with Internal Teams - Collaborate with internal teams, including brokers and warehouse staff, to ensure smooth transitions through Re-certify.
  12. Post-Collection Calls - Schedule post-collection calls to understand how we can further support clients.
  13. Identify Additional Sales Opportunities - Explore opportunities to sell additional services to clients.
