Company OverviewExcelerate360 Ltd is a dynamic company that thrives on creativity and innovation. We are looking for a talented Business Development Director who can help us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating Sales Qualified Leads. Your duties will include delivering multi-channel outreach activity, managing the initial prospect relationship, and securing qualified appointments. You will also be responsible for managing internal CRM processes, measuring sales activity levels, and collaborating closely with other teams.
You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with C-level contacts within target companies, learn about our lead qualification and sales processes, and meet/exceed monthly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience selling the latest IT technologies, solutions, and services (2 years)
- Passionate about new business sales/prospecting
- Hard worker and willing to achieve a high volume of daily outbound activities while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
- Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn, and new business prospecting
- Competitive, driven, and a team player who is willing to succeed
- Software/technology aptitude, including CRM and sales engagement applications
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- The ability to think creatively and strategically
- Must speak fluent French
- Must be able to work over 5 days on a part-time basis
