Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Lead to join our London and East team. As part of our Graduate Management Trainee Programme, you will be supported to develop your skills in business development, site management, quantity surveying, design management, and other areas of construction.
The role focuses on understanding the Willmott Dixon service offering to identify viable project opportunities for the business. You will also learn how to manage new and existing customer relationships to establish long-term partnerships and project pipelines.
We welcome applications from graduates studying a construction-related degree or other subjects including STEM. Our graduate programme lasts between 24 and 36 months, depending on your degree qualification, and includes professional qualification study while gaining hands-on work experience on our construction projects.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
