About the Role:

Excelerate360 is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience selling the latest IT technologies, solutions, and services (at least 2 years). You must be passionate about new business sales and prospecting, with a strong work ethic and ability to maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Develop relationships with C-level contacts within target companies
  • Manage internal CRM processes, including input of activity, account data updates, market feedback, and prospect lead qualification details
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales and/or Inside Sales teams
  • Measure and record day-to-day sales activity levels and performances
  • Meet/exceed monthly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience selling the latest IT technologies, solutions, and services (at least 2 years)
  • Passionate about new business sales and prospecting
  • Hard worker with a positive attitude and ability to maintain energy levels
  • Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn, and new business prospecting
  • Competitive, driven, and a team player
  • Software/technology aptitude, including CRM and sales engagement applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and organise responsibilities

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £13,000 - £15,000 per annum, plus £2,000 uncapped commission
