Job Purpose:
As a key decision maker at Mellis Blue Accountancy Recruitment, you will lead corporate finance advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Your expertise will be essential in overseeing an experienced team, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met. You will develop trusted client relationships, handling complex queries, and champion the strategic direction of the firm. This includes scoping new service lines for existing clients and building a network of new business prospects. Your technical knowledge will be delivered in a clear and easy-to-understand way, and you will provide constructive mentorship to junior staff. You will set an example for the team as a natural leader, driving business development and building a network of potential new business contacts.
About this role:
This is a permanent, full-time position with a generous holiday allowance, pension contribution, and lead incentive scheme. You will have flexible working around core hours and hybrid working options. As a key decision maker, you will have the opportunity to be a key decision maker and drive the firm's strategic direction.
Requirements:
You will be ACA qualified, with extensive experience within practice. ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification is desirable but not essential. You will have a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure, and be committed to delivering the highest quality service. You will be a team player who is eager to support the wider team, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
