We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Paediatric Psychology Team, specifically working with the Paediatric Diabetes team at the Princess Royal University Hospital.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive clinical psychology service to children, young people, and their families under the Paediatric Diabetes team, including assessment, formulation, evidence-based treatment, and monitoring of outcomes. This role will also involve providing clinical supervision and consultation to non-psychology colleagues as appropriate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative psychologist to become part of our innovative psychology team serving a diverse inner-city population.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychology services including assessment, formulation, and evidence-based treatment.
  • Contribute to the delivery and operationalisation of an integrated model of psychological care for children and young people with diabetes.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless care to patients and their families.
