Clinical Psychologist for Children with Diabetes

At King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Paediatric Psychology Team. This exciting opportunity will involve providing specialist psychological care to children with diabetes and their families.
About the Job- Provide comprehensive clinical psychology services to inpatient and outpatient children, young people, and their families under the Paediatric Diabetes team at Princess Royal University Hospital.
- Develop and implement integrated models of psychological care for children and young people with diabetes.
- Work closely with medical teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and effective communication with patients and families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, experience working with children with chronic illnesses, and excellent communication skills. As an autonomous professional, you will work within BPS and HCPC guidelines and codes of conduct, interpreting policies within defined parameters.
