Smart Teachers is recruiting a Key Stage 1 SEN Support Worker to join their team at a primary school in Tower Hamlets. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support to students with SEN, ensuring they receive the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEN in KS1, including those with ASD/Autism
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to develop and implement individual learning plans

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. A DBS on the updated service or willingness to apply for one is required.

Salary: £29,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
