**Support Worker - Early Years Foundation Stage**

We are seeking a qualified Support Worker to join our team at a primary school in Camden. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that all pupils receive the support they need to thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include providing general support to pupils with their education as well as targeted 1:1 support to pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, and Down Syndrome. You will also assist with the management of the class, carry out interventions, and deliver programs tailored to children's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils across EYFS and Reception with SEN and behavioral requirements
  • Working with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
  • Using creativity and compassion to excite and educate the pupils

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children
  • A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish within
  • Creative and confident to use innovation to create fun and exciting activities

Estimated Salary:** £105-£110 per day. **This is a full-time role based in Camden with a competitive salary and benefits package.**
