Graduate SEN Support Worker

Are you a graduate or individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism? Do you have a degree in a relevant field and previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at EDEX as a support worker.
As a support worker, you will provide high-quality support to pupils across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) with SEN requirements. You will use your creativity and imagination to engage pupils and create an inspirational environment, and work alongside specialist staff and equipment such as Speech and Language Therapists, Hydro therapists, and Psychologists.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000-£21,000 per year, depending on experience, and excellent benefits, including bespoke CPD opportunities and a strong inclusion team to support you.
