The role of an SEN Teaching Support Worker is to provide additional support to students as part of a dynamic school team in Lambeth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with SEN pupils to support their progress and development.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to work in a rewarding SEN teaching support position. Our school provides excellent training and resources to help our team deliver high-quality support sessions for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing individualised support to SEN students as part of a small team
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement effective support strategies
- Ideal experience for those who aspire to become Clinical or Educational Psychologists
- A full-time role, Monday-Friday, with opportunities for career progression
- An estimated salary range of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, inclusive of holiday pay, paid monthly on a PAYE basis
We are looking for a Psychology Graduate who holds a minimum of a 2:1 degree and is passionate about supporting children's education and well-being.
