We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Support Worker to join our team at Teaching Personnel, working in a vibrant SEN school in Cranborne.
About the Role:- As an Education Support Worker, you will provide vital support to students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to reach their full potential.
- You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring each student receives the support they need.
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential.
- A patient, empathetic approach to supporting students with a range of needs.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare, as well as ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
