We are seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for those who have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are passionate about helping pupils progress and develop in a school environment.

This position requires the ability to support teachers in the classroom, ensuring SEN pupils receive the best possible education. Key responsibilities include assisting with lesson planning and delivery to cater to individual needs.

As an Educational Support Worker, you will develop and implement strategies to improve pupil engagement and motivation. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a degree in Psychology or a related field.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
