SEN Learning Support Assistant for Key Stage 1

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at TLTP Education.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
This is a full-time position supporting a small group of ASD children in Key Stage 1, with a focus on providing individualised support and planning engaging lessons to meet their learning objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualised support and accommodations to meet the children's learning needs
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons to meet the learning objectives of the group
- Working closely with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored interventions and strategies to support social, emotional, and academic development

Salary: £36,000-£41,000 per annum.
