The TLTP Group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team at a Primary School in Hackney. This long-term role offers the opportunity to support a small group of ADHD children, providing tailored educational assistance and helping them thrive academically and personally.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a high level of enthusiasm, patience, and understanding when working with children in Key Stage 1. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the school's teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each child. Requirements:- Previous experience working with children in Key Stage 1 or a similar age group
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children, parents, and teachers
