SEN Teaching Position for Key Stage 1 and 2

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust in Shepherds Bush. This full-time permanent role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide individualized support that promotes both academic and social development, helping students thrive in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that cater to the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of mixed-age KS1 and KS2 learners.
- Collaborate with experienced SEN professionals and support staff to deliver consistent and comprehensive support that promotes students' holistic development.
- Engage in ongoing assessment and monitoring of student progress, using insights from both formal and informal assessments to adapt teaching strategies as needed for optimal growth and learning.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role: We are looking for a qualified teacher with experience in primary teaching, ideally across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. A strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment is essential.
